Getting bigger every year! Last year's Dublin Art Fair was such a popular event that this year we're extending the hours to make the fun, food and fine art last a bit longer. The Third Annual 2010 Dublin Art Fair will be held on Friday evening, July 16th from 6:00PM to 9:00PM and Saturday July 17th from 10AM to 8PM. Again this year it will take place on the front lawn of Sells Middle School located on the north side of State Route 161 (150 West Bridge Street) in Dublin's beautiful Historic District.
This year's participants include the Dublin Area Art League, the Bexley Art League and the Grove City Art League. We have also selectively invited over 30 other Ohio independent artists to participate, making for a total of over 85 talented local artists working in all fine art media. So in addition to the food and fun, this year's Dublin Art Fair is guaranteed to be an excellent showing of quality local art created by some of Ohio's best artistic talent.
The 2010 Dublin Art Fair will include a fun-filled kick-off evening, Friday, July 16th, with live music by popular Columbus band Outa Sync. Outa Sync specializes in playing classic rock and hot country. They've just wrapped up recording there yet to be titled debut album—with one of their original songs, "Golf is a fore letter word", getting plenty of local airplay. Other attractions include live music throughout the day Saturday from an assortment of talented local musicians (see schedule at left). Plus local food vendors and non-profit organizations will be selling tasty snack items and refreshments thoughout the fair. And of course don't forget the great selection of local art, and it's all for sale.
